Before Jill Evans joined the team, Pickens County Habitat was entirely run by volunteers.  As the first paid employee of the affiliate, Evans managed to increase fundraising and strengthen ties in the community, as well as help more families get into homes.  In total, Jill has served Habitat for 15 years.
