In South Carolina, 1 in 8 households spend more than half of their income on housing. We have to take a stand and declare our commitment. The Cost of Home campaign aims to increase home affordability by influencing policies focused on:
- Increasing supply and preservation of affordable homes
- Equitably increasing access to credit
- Optimizing land use for affordable homes
- Ensuring access to and development of communities of opportunity.
