Our Programs

Paint Rollers in Green, Red, Orange and Blue

Pickens County Habitat for Humanity is a homeownership program serving low-to-moderate-income individuals and families in Easley, Pickens, Liberty, Central, and Clemson.

Our newly constructed homes are built with volunteer labor and partner involvement, known as “Sweat Equity.”  Habitat homes feature a modest monthly mortgage payment made possible through a zero-interest mortgage

How do I apply for a Habitat home?

“The main thing that Habitat means to me is stability, not only in just a home but also for the future, for the future of my daughter, for the future of my family. Which is also the future for our communities and our world in general.”
- Homeowner Tabitha moved into her Habitat home in 2020

In accordance with the Fair Housing Act, Pickens County Habitat for Humanity does not discriminate against any person in the sale, rental, advertising or financing of housing on the basis of race, sex, color, age, handicap, religion, family status, national origin, source of income, or exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
