Homeownership Application

Housing applications are continually accepted. To begin the application process, please complete the contact information form below. We will then mail an application to you. Please note that electronic applications are not available at this time. After you receive your application, completely fill out all pages.

Pickens County Habitat for Humanity charges a $15 processing fee for all new applications. This fee can be made by check or money order payable to Pickens County Habitat for Humanity. 

Once you are ready to submit your application, mail it to Pickens County Habitat for Humanity with all required paperwork and your payment enclosed. Our mailing address is:
