Beyond Business as Usual: Arthrex Powering Possibility

Thank you sign for Arthrex displayed at a Habitat for Humanity build site in Pickens County.

At Pickens County Habitat for Humanity, we know that building homes takes more than hammers and nails,  it takes partners who believe in investing their time, talent, and resources into the community. Arthrex has become just such a partner, demonstrating a deep commitment to volunteerism, philanthropy, and community connection.

From the build site to the workplace, Arthrex has shown what it means to step up. Their teams have joined us on-site, rolling up their sleeves to work alongside future homeowners and volunteers. Beyond giving their time, Arthrex has provided generous grant funding, ensuring that affordable housing projects in Pickens County move forward with strength and stability.

What sets Arthrex apart is their holistic approach to community involvement. They don’t just support with checks or occasional volunteer hours, they show up consistently, bringing energy, expertise, and heart to every effort. In doing so, Arthrex is helping us build more than homes. Together, we’re building the foundation for stronger families, neighborhoods, and futures.

"At Arthrex, making people better is at the core of our mission. Our partnership with Habitat for Humanity reflects our shared commitment to volunteerism and community impact. Over the years, Arthrex-led efforts have uplifted local communities and touched the lives of our own team members. It’s inspiring to see so many dedicate their time and energy to help make homeownership a reality.”

We were especially grateful for Arthrex’s support during our 2024 Women Build. Their enthusiasm on the build site was contagious, whether it was helping raise walls, cheering on fellow volunteers, or simply sharing laughter over paint-splattered gloves. What made the day so special wasn’t just the progress on the house, but the sense of community it created. Seeing Arthrex employees working side by side with neighbors and future homeowners was a powerful reminder that building affordable housing is as much about people as it is about construction.

We are grateful to count Arthrex as a true partner in our mission. Their investment in both people and place is a reminder that lasting change happens when businesses and nonprofits stand side by side.
