Pickens Habitat brings people together to build community! Since 1981, we've helped neighbors achieve the safety and security that can be found in affordable homeownership. We couldn't do this without the help of our local community and caring partners.

Read on to learn more about the impact we've made through the years with the help of generous donors and dedicated volunteers.

The 29th Annual Homecoming Build

The 29th annual Homecoming Build on Bowman Field has successfully come and gone! During Clemson University's Homecoming Week, Habitat supervisors, local volunteers, and students and staff across all disciplines of the University came together to construct a brand new home on campus. The cherished tradition is an integral part of Habitat's mission to bring a community together, to ensure that yet another family can know the security of affordable homeownership.

Held this year from October 12 - 21, several exciting events helped celebrate the Homecoming Build, including a silent auction fundraiser, media coverage, and the $20,000 State Farm matching grant check presentation in support of the Campus Chapter's efforts. The Homecoming House has now been moved to its permanent location in Liberty where it will be completed for a family of 5!
