HC 2024: Meet the Leaders of Clemson University’s Habitat for Humanity Chapter

A blue hard hat with the Pickens County Habitat for Humanity logo rests on a wooden beam at a construction site. In the background, there is a grassy area with trees and a historic building, lit up as evening falls.

The Clemson University Campus Chapter of Habitat for Humanity has long been a driving force behind our efforts to provide affordable housing. As we gear up for the 2024 Homecoming Build—a cherished tradition that began in 1994—it's time to shine a light on the passionate student leaders who are making this year's project possible.

A Tradition of Service

The Homecoming Build is more than just a construction project; it's a testament to the collaborative spirit of the Clemson community. Each year, hundreds of students, faculty, alumni, and local volunteers come together to construct a home that will provide a family with a safe, affordable place to live. The 2024 Homecoming Build continues this legacy, embodying the values of teamwork, service, and hope.

Looking Ahead

As these student leaders prepare for graduation, their impact on PCHFH and the wider Clemson community will be felt for years to come. Their dedication to service and leadership not only enriches their personal and professional lives but also strengthens the very fabric of our community.

We look forward to the successful completion of the 2024 Homecoming Build and the lasting difference it will make in the lives of those involved. Together, with the energy and commitment of Clemson’s Habitat for Humanity Chapter, we continue to build homes, communities, and hope.
